Terms And Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By renting a golf cart from In2golf, you acknowledge that operating or riding in a golf cart carries inherent risks. You voluntarily accept full responsibility for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the rental period. You waive all claims against In2golf, its employees, and affiliates arising from any accident, injury, damage, theft, or loss, except where prohibited by law.

2. Operator Requirements

• The driver must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Operating the golf cart under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited.
• All passengers must be seated while the cart is in motion — no standing, hanging off, or riding in non-seating areas is allowed.

3. Authorized Use

• Golf carts may only be used on designated paths or in permitted areas.
• Towing, off-road use, stunt driving, or racing is not permitted.
• Sub-renting, lending, or transferring possession of the cart to another party is prohibited without prior written consent from In2golf.

4. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

• The renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the golf cart during the rental period.
• The cart must be returned in the same condition it was provided.
• If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay the balance in full.

5. Inspection Requirements

• Both pre-rental and post-rental inspections will be completed with an In2golf representative.
• Any damage or issues not documented before the rental will be the renter’s responsibility.

6. Deposit Terms

• A $500 refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.
• The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days if the cart is returned on time, in original condition, and free of damage.

7. Late Return Fees

• Late returns will incur a $30/hour fee unless prior arrangements are made and approved.

8. Cleaning Fees

• Excessive dirt, mud, or debris requiring additional cleaning will result in a cleaning fee, deducted from the deposit.

9. Payment Authorization

By providing payment details, the renter authorizes In2golf to charge their card for:

• Rental fees
• Late return fees
• Damage/loss fees
• Cleaning fees (if applicable)
• Security deposit (if applicable)

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
