Refund & Returns Policy

1) Security Deposit

  • A refundable $500 security deposit is taken per cart at checkout or pickup.
  • Refunded within 5 business days after return, minus any charges (damage, cleaning, late fees).

2) Cancellations & Refunds (before rental start)

  • 48+ hours before start: Full refund of rental fee. Deposit released in full.
  • 24–48 hours before start: 50% refund of rental fee. Deposit released in full.
  • <24 hours / No-show: No refund of rental fee. Deposit released in full if cart was not dispatched.

3) Rescheduling

  • One free date change if requested 24+ hours before start (subject to availability).
  • Additional changes: $25 admin fee each.

4) Weather Policy

  • Rentals proceed in light rain.
  • Severe weather (safety advisories, lightning, extreme wind): you may reschedule once for free or receive a 100% credit valid for 12 months.

5) Early Returns

  • Returning early does not change the booked rate. No partial refunds once the rental period has started.

6) Late Returns

  • $30/hour late fee per cart unless pre-approved in writing.

7) Delivery & Pickup Fees

  • Delivery/pickup fees (if selected) are non-refundable once the cart has left our facility.

8) Cleaning

  • Excess mud/debris or spills: $50–$150 cleaning fee.

9) Damage, Loss & Keys

  • Renter is responsible for all damage, loss, or theft during the rental.
  • Missing/damaged keys: $25 replacement.
  • Repair costs beyond the deposit will be invoiced; payment due on receipt.

10) Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time).

11) Force Majeure

  • If In2golf must cancel due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues, road closures), you’ll receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost.

12) How to Request

Email info@in2golf.ca with your order number, name, and request. We’ll confirm within 1 business day.
